Law Office Vujacic had the opportunity to take part in a seminar on the topic of AI in human resources. The training was organized by our colleagues from Cerha Hempel in collaboration with Leadbacker GmbH, one of the leading AI-supported personnel development platforms.
The training itself covered a range of topics necessary to understand the current AI regulation: from AI definitions explanation and all possible uses, to the principles on which AI regulation is founded. The obligations for providers and operators of AI services were explained in detail, including the relationship between AI and various legal areas such as labor law, data protection and IP.
At the same time, the most significant problems of AI (hallucinations, dirty data and the black box phenomenon), as well as risk mitigation and possible future developments of technology and related regulation were covered.
