Law Office Vujacic was invited to take part in a training organized by our partner office on the topic of the newest developments in the sphere of GDPR. The training went over the most significant changes that have arisen in the recent times as well as their future implications.
The training consisted of analyzing the developments through the most important new cases that fall under the scope of GDPR. In addition, the training covered various technical aspects of the application of GDPR, such as the scope of application of certain rights provided by it, conditions for obtaining them and fines provided for their breach.
Finally, the training covered the modifications to the Regulation which are aimed at changing its internal structure and procedural modalities, with the goal of streamlining the proceedings conducted related to GDPR, and in the end-line, application of the Regulation itself.
