THE FIRST WIND FARM IN MONTENEGRO – KRNOVO PROJECT

Law Office Vujacic, as local counsel, advised the senior lenders, EUROPEAN BANK FOR RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT and KFW IPEX-BANK GMBH, in connection with a project financing of Wind Farm in Krnovo, Montenegro.

Deal value: approximately €98 million.

WIND FARM IN MONTENEGRO - MOZURA

Law Office Vujacic, as local counsel, advised SPIC Ronghe International Financial Leasing Co. Limited in the project of financing the second wind farm project in Montenegro near Ulcinj – MOZURA. Deal value: approximately €68 million.

THE LARGEST MIXED-USED REAL ESTATE PROJECT IN MONTENEGRO - CAPITAL PLAZA

Law Office Vujacic was involved as local legal advisors in this project supporting the Capital Investment LLC Abu Dhabi/Abu Dhabi Capital Group in the preparation of many agreements and other documents (the Memorandum of Understanding, the Loan Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Pre-Sale Agreement etc.). This is the largest mixed-use real estate project in Montenegro – Capital Plaza which comprises 1 million square feet of prime retail, business, hospitality and residential space. Deal value: approximately €150.0 million.

THE FINANCING AND SELING OF AIRCRAFTS TO NATIONAL MONTENEGRIN AIR COMPANIES

– Law Office Vujacic advised the BNDES – Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento, Brazil, in the financing of aircrafts for Montenegro Airlines. Deal value: approximately $67.0 million. – Law Office Vujacic advised Celestial Aviation Trading 66 Limited a subsidiary of GE Capital Aviation Services Limited, in the financing of two aircraft for Montenegro Airlines and also in the financing of two aircraft for the new national airline company ToMontenegro. Deal value: approximately $31.0 million.

THE FIRST MALL IN MONENEGRO

Law Office Vujacic advising the Gintas Construction Contracting and Trade inc. Turkey in the investment project for realization of the first Public Private Partnership Investment in Podgorica – the Mall of Montenegro. Law Office Vujacic advised Gintas Construction Contracting and Trade inc. Turkey, as well as at the tourist industry and city hotel development – Hotel Ramada. Deal value: approximately €45.0 million.

ZAVALA PROJECT - DUKLEY GARDENS

Law Office Vujacic advised investors in financing the construction of the luxury residential complex in Budva with – Dukley Gardens. Deal value approximately: €150.0 million.

PRIVATISATION OF THE PODGORICKA BANKA BY SOCIETE GENERALE

Law Office Vujacic advised Societe Generale on the procedure for privatizing the local bank, Podgoricka banka AD. Deal value: approximately €14.0 million.

PETROL DD AQUISTION OF THE REAL ESTATE – GAS PETROL STATIONS

Law Office Vujacic advised Petrol d.d. Ljubljana and its subsidiary Petrol Crna Gora MNE doo in the acquisition project of the real state – gas petrol stations. Deal value: approximately €8.0 million.

RISAN BAY

Law Office Vujacic has provided full legal support to WOODINVEST Beruhazo Hungary, regarding the residential development project “Risan bay” and full corporate support concerning their subsidiary in Montenegro. Deal value: approximately €5.0 million.

LUKOIL

Law Office Vujacic advised Lukoil Montenegro doo Podgorica in the real estate project –the acquisition of gas petrol stations, as well as providing with full legal services.

Deal value: approximately €26.0 million.

NOVOMATIC

Law Office Vujacic provided Novomatic AG and its subsidiaries with full legal services to start and develop the gambling activities in Montenegro – Admiral Bet.

Deal value: approximately €15.0 million.

MICROSOFT

Law Office Vujacic has advised Microsoft since the beginning of their business in Montenegro with full legal services.
